3Specials SMS/Text Messaging Terms

1. Program Overview

3Specials LLC (“3Specials,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers SMS and text messaging programs to support the 3Specials platform (the “Service”). These SMS/Text Messaging Terms describe the terms that apply when you send or receive text messages through 3Specials.

2. Message Types

3Specials may send the following types of text messages:

Transactional messages

Transactional messages support account operations and requested features. These may include:

  • One‑time passcodes (OTPs) for login and verification
  • Account security alerts
  • Claim, verification, and redemption status updates
  • Billing and subscription notices
  • Support responses

Merchant operational messages

Merchant operational messages support merchants who post specials or manage listings via SMS. These may include:

  • Confirmation of posted specials
  • Moderation status updates
  • Weekly digest summaries
  • System notifications related to merchant accounts

Marketing messages

Marketing messages (where separately consented to) may include:

  • Promotional messages about 3Specials features
  • Product updates and platform announcements
  • Offers related to 3Specials subscription plans

Marketing messages are optional and are not required to use 3Specials.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the features you use. Transactional messages are sent as needed in response to your actions (such as login attempts or posted specials). Marketing messages, if you have opted in, are sent periodically and typically no more than 4 messages per month.

5. Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 3Specials does not charge separately for text messages, but your carrier may charge standard per‑message or data rates.

6. Opt‑Out

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOPto any marketing message. You will receive a one‑time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. We will honor opt‑out requests within a reasonable time not exceeding 10 business days.

Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages that are necessary to operate your account or requested features (such as login codes and security alerts).

To opt out of all SMS messages, including transactional messages, contact support@3specials.com. Note that opting out of transactional messages may limit your ability to use features that require SMS‑based verification.

7. Help

For help with 3Specials text messages, reply HELP to any message or contact support@3specials.com.

8. Supported Carriers and Availability

3Specials text messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network conditions.

9. Message Timing

We will make commercially reasonable efforts not to send marketing text messages outside of the hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone. Transactional messages (such as login codes and security alerts) may be sent at any time when triggered by your actions.

10. Messaging Registration

3Specials sends text messages through registered messaging campaigns in compliance with carrier registration requirements, including 10DLC (10‑digit long code) registration where applicable. Our messaging practices are subject to carrier policies and industry guidelines.

11. WhatsApp and Other Messaging Platforms

3Specials may also communicate with merchants and users through WhatsApp Business or other messaging platforms where those channels are offered. Use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive messages on WhatsApp is obtained separately from SMS consent. You may opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time through the WhatsApp conversation or by contacting support@3specials.com.

12. Consent Record Retention

We retain records of your SMS consent, opt‑in, and opt‑out events for at least 5 years from the date of each event for compliance and recordkeeping purposes, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

Information collected through our SMS programs — including phone numbers, consent records, opt‑in and opt‑out records, message delivery status, and message content — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these SMS/Text Messaging Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
