A family-run kitchen on wheels serving slow-braised birria the way it is made at home - chiles toasted, meat braised overnight, tortillas dipped in consomme and griddled to order. We park across Fort Worth on a rotating schedule and post the day's specials before we open, so you know what is on the flat-top before you drive out. Card and cash, no minimum, consomme always included.
